CP1W-CIF11 RS485 Problem

Currently, RS422/485 option board for CP1 series with new lot no (eg: 29410S,17910S), not working in RS485 mode. I have test with two brand new items. So boring...

Run regedit. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\


Find CX-Supervisor.

Replace "Version"=dword:02000000 on "Version"=dword:020a0000

Run update 1.

Replace "Version"=dword:020a0000 on "Version"=dword:020b0000

Run update 2.

Only without SN runtime update.

See old, new1 and new2 reg files.

Resume:

1.Install trial 2.0

2. Run cx1.reg

3. Install update 2.1, Sn 2001-0000-2070-8472

4. Run scs.exe

Open project and message: "Software protection not found. External communication will be disabled."

Download http://rapidshare.com/files/104864957/patch2.1.exe.html

Place in folder CX-Supervisor and run.

Communication enable. Please testing. Only for version 2.1.

Sequential.

1.Install trial 2.0

2. Run cx11.reg

3. Install update 2.11

4. Sn 2001-0000-2070-8472

!!!! Only select Repair (is not Modify)!!!

5. Download http://rapidshare.com/files/104913325/patch2.11.exe.html

Run patch.

Please testing. I have is work on cx-simulator.
